I started as a trainee in a Mittelstand company, learning what it means to work on the shop floor and understand a business from the ground up. That sparked something. I went studying, co-founded ventures and served as a C-suite associate, seeing firsthand what it takes to lead a company. After my MSc in Management and Psychology, I joined a private equity investment team and later moved into strategy consulting. Each step shaped how I think about business, combining operational, strategic, and financial perspectives. Now I want to bring it all together in true, hands-on entrepreneurship.
